Director of Operations
Ester Harrison serves as the Director of Operations for International Headache Center. In this role she is responsible for organizing and overseeing daily operations including those related to business, customer support, and marketing.
With nearly a decade of experience managing staff and finances, both in the private sector and the non-profit realm, Ester's strengths lie in finding solutions and putting effective protocols in place to streamline operations. Her diversified background includes property management, budgeting, customer service, fundraising, community engagement, retail management, office administration, and marketing.
Ester is a member of the Lakewood Service League, the Junius Heights Historic District Board, and the World Affairs Council Meridian: Global Young Professionals group. Ester enjoys spending time with her husband Matt and their dog Charlie. Along with her love of art history, she is an avid traveler and enjoys meeting people from all over the world.
Having worked with those who lack access to care, Ester is dedicated to innovating and implementing a direct healthcare model that reinforces the patient-doctor relationship and makes sub-specialty care a reality for everyone. She prides herself on her interpersonal skills, her ability to promote interest in and support for causes that help people. She believes that by means of its holistic approach, International Headache Center is truly able to give patients hope and empower them to take charge of their own lives.
